When candidates interact with HireNix ATS—such as submitting applications, opening interview scheduling invitations, or submitting reschedule requests—we adhere to strict candidate privacy protocols:
HireNix ATS does not track candidates across the web or monetize applicant data. Candidate reschedule requests and AI exam links use single-purpose cryptographic tokens that are strictly limited to the specific interview round and expire after use.
