Refund Policy

We believe in transparent pricing and billing. Please review our policies regarding subscription cancellations, free trials, and refund eligibility for the Hire Nix ATS platform.

No Prorated Refunds

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

15-Day Free Trial

Cancel before your trial ends to avoid any initial charges.

72-Hour Grace Period

Exceptions may be made for accidental annual plan renewals.

1. General Subscription Billing

Hire Nix ATS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All charges are non-refundable, including fees paid for the current billing cycle, partial months of service, or unused months on an annual subscription.

When you cancel your subscription, your workspace and recruiter access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. The 15-Day Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial on our Professional and Agency plans so that you can fully evaluate the AI Trust Engine and automated screening features before committing financially.

  • You may be required to enter a credit card to initiate the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14 days have elapsed.
  • If you cancel your subscription within the 14-day window via your Billing Dashboard, your card will not be charged.
  • If you fail to cancel before the trial ends, the system will automatically process your first subscription payment. This payment is non-refundable.

3. Annual Plan Exceptions

We understand that annual renewals can sometimes catch teams off guard. For annual subscriptions only, we offer a 72-hour grace period.

If your annual plan automatically renews and you intended to cancel, you must contact our billing support team within 72 hours of the renewal charge. We will process a full refund for the renewal and immediately downgrade your workspace. Requests made after this 72-hour window will not be honored, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the newly billed year.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated by Hire Nix ATS due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as utilizing the platform for spam, illegal job postings, or abusive behavior), you will not be entitled to any refund for the remainder of your subscription period.
